1993-94

Shirt sponsor Reebok made their first foray into kit manufacture – they opted to place their maker’s mark on the left sleeve.
They opted for navy first-choice socks – the first time since 1949 for such a look – while the red and navy change kit allowed for interchangeability. There were also white socks available, only ever worn with the white shorts.
The yellow change kit was quite similar to its Matchwinner predecessor, which was called into action that season as an emergency measure for Bolton’s visitors Sheffield Wednesday in the Coca-Cola Cup.
