  1. i also remember that Higuita in the 1989 Copa America wore a kit similar to the one worn by N’Kono and Ravelli in Italia 90, but rather than black and green it was silver and red with the collar and the stripes being yellow

    1. from what i remember, the adidas writing was on the sleeve
      and there was the crest, as seen in this picture http://i51.tinypic.com/jtbeo7.jpg

  2. Hibs also had a light blue version of their keeper kit in 91/92, seen here worn by John Burridge (with Uhlsport shorts!)

    For the Scottish League Cup final, Burridge wore what appeared to be a stock Taifun jersey, it wasn’t badged and didn’t even have a number 1 printed on the back if I recall (!), though later in the season he did wear the same jersey that had been properly match prepared with number and badge.
