Apologies to the guys at Classic Kits for taking so long to do this one:
We have had a chat in the office. We plumped for a Sheffield Wednesday in the style of Aston Villa 1993-95 ASICS. (Unless of course it’s already been done)

We’re big fans of those Asics kits from the early 1990s and this is just as smart as any of the real stripes worn then, though Wednesday fans tend to prefer proper stripes.
Obviously, the great thing about FKF is that it’s driven by engagement from others and social media allows for real-time feedback.
The first two replies on Twitter were along the same lines:

If you inverted the blue and white on the shirt it would bear a passing resemblance to their shirt worn between 1987 and 1989 ,as well as that worn in 1890.

With such a look, we felt it best to reflect Wednesday’s real-life 1993-95 kits and go with blue shorts and white socks.
Then came another suggestion:
Not bad! Certainly would have stopped the St James Park debacle of '93. Jack and David have suggested a reverse of the stripes. Allow me to add to your burden by suggesting a Newcastle type regular stripe as well!
