It’s the last Friday of the year and so we’re trying to catch up on some of the FKF backlog we’ve allowed to build up.
Shamefully, one of the requests isn’t far off a year old, so much so that the “this year’s” part is now out of date.
With apologies to Überdenken Fußball, here is a 2017 Nike Vapor version of a Liverpool kit (we put in the white shirt trim that Chelsea didn’t have).
The other request is a bit more recent, not even a month old yet:
It made sense to go with the style used by Liverpool from 1993-95, with the away shorts and socks able to be used with the home kit (the opposite could apply but wasn’t necessary in real life).
While dissent over recoloured crests on change kits seems to be a new phenomenon, it’s worth noting that the Hammers had their badge rendered differently on their two kits back then and we have replicated that.
