Bang up to date with our newest request (if you click on the tweet, please ignore the fact that I said I’d aim to get it done the following week):
City in Umbro feels like a good fit – even aside from the Tailored by Umbro era, they had the double-diamond when I began watching football in 1990-91.
The West Ham home is something of a curiosity – it’s similar to the 2019-20 season in that it looks more like a mashup than a default first-choice strip.
The shirt is based on the Bukta style used from 1991-93, which wasn’t well-received at the time but was worn for promotion back to the top flight.
As Mickey requested, navy is the third colour on the City kit and that would be our preference as well, especially when the socks are that colour.
As always, feedback is welcome along with requests for future FKFs – comment below or tweet @museumofjerseys.
