Today’s request comes from Chelsea fan and all-round kit expert Jack Henderson, who asked to see his side back in Umbro, which the club wore from 1987-2006.
This season’s Umbro kits are clever in that the diamond taping at the hem of the sleeves is constant, but the other elements like the sleeves and neck are modular.
Jack suggested taking the current Hearts strip as the base for the Chelsea home, with the red trim of the real 2018-19 kit included.

Chelsea’s away this season is in the classic yellow, but spiced up with yellow shorts and blue socks.
Here, we have utilised the crew neck which appears on the Hull City change strip, along with the sleeve style used on the Huddersfield home shirt.

As ever, views and future requests are welcome @museumofjerseys on Twitter.
