Back in November, when we did Manchester United versions of the 2002 adidas templates, Jude Clarke left a comment:
It would be nice to see Boca Juniors in Middlesbrough’s 2008/09 Errea kit, for a future FKF request
It makes sense, then, for this to be the first FKF of 2020, given that Boca have re-signed with adidas after nearly three decades apart and their actual new shirt has been leaked.
They never had Erreà shirts in their time away from adidas but given that the Italian firm were long-time partners of Middlesbrough, it makes sense to try one of the banded designs (albeit not strictly a band in this instance).
