- Aston Villa wore their claret away shorts with the home shirt and socks at Leicester City – the 95th different combination in the league this season
- Rare outings for Watford’s grey and Chelsea’s black goalkeeper kits
- Newcastle wore their dark green change kit and goalkeeper Martin Dubravka was in green too, but a far lighter shade
As usual, Matt Smith has the rankings for the kit choices by away teams, with the updated Away Kits Table:
Bournemouth 3
West Ham 3
Watford 3
Norwich 0
Newcastle 3
Brighton 3
Tottenham 3
Everton 3
Manchester City 1
Aston Villa 1
No excuse for Norwich, but that’s the way the game is going.
Manchester City have had alternative shorts in years gone by, it never looks right when they don’t change for a derby.
Villa have alternatively-coloured socks that would have worked and not created a shades-of-blue clash at Leicester.
Any chance of new updates after re-start Dennis?
Hi Matt, hopefully I’ll be back up to speed by the end of this week – redoing all of the kits with NHS and BLM logos is taking longer than I expected!
