Regular readers may be aware of the annual traditional tradition whereby the last FKF before Christmas each year focuses on Cork City and their apposite colour-scheme. If not, here’s a refresher:
For 2022, we’re going back to the 1996-97 season – the last one where City had a white home strip, before an ill-judged switch to red which lasted five years before green became the primary colour.
With thanks to Jim Hearson, Lotto is the choice of manufacturer – the first kit is based on the Croatia change strip, the away draws on the Switzerland/Netherlands outfits of the time and uses the three-colour scheme of the Milan training top and the third is the Milan away (and similarly-coloured Wales home).

A happy Christmas to all of our readers. Feedback is always welcome along with requests for new FKFs – comment below or tweet @museumofjerseys.
