For Villa, the stripe on the midriff raised the question of whether the sleeves should be claret or blue, given how it affects the colour-proportions, but we went with the traditional.
The ‘Danish Dynamite’ style generally had a third accent colour, but in 1986 Birmingham had reverted to simple blue and white. We tried it with the previous red tertiary colour restored, but it didn’t look right.
How about the Arsenal and Spurs home shirts as a fantasy mashup from 1993? 25th anniversary since we beat them in the Cup Semi Final.
