2022: Argentina 3 France 3 (aet, Argentina won 4-2 on penalties)

Congratulations to Argentina for both claiming their third World Cup and for lining up in a way that makes it pretty straightforward to #1to11ify their team.
With Emi Martinez taking 1, the starting players mean that we can create the perfect Argentinian back line – Nicolas Tagliafico already has 3, so Nicolas Otamendi and Christian Romero can take 6 and 2, while Nahuel Molina can sport 4, as is traditional for right backs for the La Albiceleste.
With the front line already wearing 9-11 and Rodrigo De Paul wearing 7, we can comfortably give 8 to Brighton and Hove Albion’s Alexis Mac Allister (to give him his full name), while Enzo Fernandez is left with the classic 5 of the Argentinian defensive midfielder.
Classic numbers, classic match and Argentina leave Qatar at the top of the class.
