Jorge Primera is a regular source of good FKF ideas – see here for previous instances.
I feel guilty that I don’t have the time to execute all of them but the fact that it’s an international weekend allows for the combination of three of his 1990s suggestions.

First up, Uruguay in adidas Equipment stylings. In real life, the AUF had signed a deal with Ennerre in the early part of the decade and the Italian firm made the unusual decision to go with royal blue as the secondary colour rather than the usual black.
Jorge replicated that switch in his request while the away looks like an inverse of the France Euro 92 shirt.
Having added to the adidas stable with Uruguay, we take away with the next of Jorge’s ideas.

From 1992-97, Barcelona were clad in Kappa and the Italian company made further inroads during the decade with deals with Athletic Club, Mallorca Real Betis.
Jorge therefore makes the not unreasonable leap of wondering how the Spanish national team might have fared with the Omni logo on their kits, but he adds a twist by specifying a design seen on a Panathinaikos strip.
The end result is something not unlike the Kelme strip that Spain had at the 1992 Olympics.

And the final one, which foreshadows a move made a few years year. Greece were briefly with Lotto in 2000, between stints with Diadora and adidas and Jorge has brought that forward to what was a golden era for the company.
Greece favour white home shirts since their Euro 2004 triumph but back then blue was the primary choice.
A style used by VVV-Venlo and Cardiff City among others (Milan had it for a training shirt) is the choice for the blue strip, while the alternative is based on the 1998 Croatia home shirt but applying the same principles as LaCasaca in their mammoth 1998 World Cup kits project.
As ever, feedback is welcome, along with requests for future FKFs – comment below or tweet @museumofjerseys.

What a surprise. I honestly didn’t expect three proposals to be combined into one, but I love it. The 90’s were the golden age of football kit design, so it’s hard to think of a favorite of the three.
I’m a big fan of Uruguay’s red away kits (I think it’s a more strategic idea than only going white), however I guess some people wouldn’t like it there because it means wearing Club Nacional colors… Anyway, that idea looks awesome!
I’ve been having an idea going around: how would Uruguay red away kits look with the Puma templates post-2008?
Half disagree half agree with you link … personally in my opinion while I would always 100.% prefer Uruguay In their traditional all white “away “ kit just like I always prefer Argentina in mostly/all royal/navy blue away kit also ……however like you touched on the combination off the closeness off the Uruguays sky blue and white shirt colours could technically cause clash issues against certain countries and especially add into that neighbouring Argentina’s insistence off virtually always wearing blue or white shirts means almost every game between them is always a mess to my neutral eyes at least anyways personally I’d made the Uruguay red ish kit the 3rd kit and make it compulsory to wear in all clashes with Argentina outside Montevideo… ( when you naturally in home kit) do the same with them and give them a yellow/ gold 3rd kit ( based on borrowed malmo ? kit at 58(?) World Cup …that they have to wear in same clash for all games outside their “home” blue and white stripes in Argentina ……would always mean a better contrast between them … both in full home kit at home …… and if played in a neutral country (normally a Copa América game) red v yellow is a better and equally fairer clash between the two nations than sky/light blue vs white/darker blue I.m.h.o
